英国健身房推出“睡眠课程”

晚上带孩子睡不够,白天上班打瞌睡?感到身体被掏空?英国一家健身俱乐部推出全新的“睡眠课程”,无需锻炼到大汗淋漓,只需爬上床,在轻松的氛围中睡上一觉,就会让你精神饱满起来。睡眠课程还附赠减肥功效哦。

 

 

In Britain, a chain of gyms is trading its spinning bikes for beds to attract tired parents for a new class it’s dubbing “napercise.” 
英国一家连锁健身俱乐部把动感单车换成了床,以此来吸引疲惫的父母参加新推出的“睡眠课程”。

It is a class where instead of working up a sweat you climb into a comfortable bed and sleep for the entire 45 minutes. 
在睡眠课程中,你无需大汗淋漓,只需要爬上舒服的床,睡上45分钟。

The classes, offered by David Lloyd Clubs, will not only help moms and dads catch some zzz’s — they’ll also help them burn calories with cold studio temperatures.
David Lloyd健身俱乐部推出的睡眠课程不仅能帮助父母们补觉,由于室内温度较低,这一课程还能帮助他们消耗卡路里。

The thermostat will be turned down, and relaxing music will play over the sound system to create the perfect environment for catching Zs. 
健身房室内温度会调低,还会播放轻松舒缓的音乐,来为睡眠营造完美气氛。

The idea came about after a David Lloyds Clubs survey found that 86% of parents struggle with fatigue, and 26% generally get less than five hours of sleep a night. Napercise was born to help “exhausted mums and dads boost their mental and physical wellbeing," the company said in a press release. 
David Lloyds的调查称,86%的父母感到疲惫,26%的父母经常一晚睡不够5小时,于是他们想到这个主意。公司表示,睡眠课程是为了帮助“疲惫的父母提高精神和身体状态”。
